Your wedding cake is an edible and artistic gift expressing the final celebration of the wedding. I try to make each unique in some way for every client. With over twenty years professional experience in American and European pastry, a repertoire of fine recipes ensures your cake will not only be beautiful, but actually remembered for it's taste.

All cakes are proudly made with local Clover-Stornetta dairy products. They use no growth hormones and the cows live in grassy hills and clean air. Other fine ingredients used are European chocolate, Guisto's flour and natural leavenings, and natural flavorings and extracts.

I have chosen to concentrate on wedding cakes because of the artistic challenge. However by commission specialty pastry can be ordered for and event.
